Toss cooked oats with peanut butter, strawberries and sugar.
Healthy Peanut Snack Mix
Ingredients
12 ounces dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 cups unsalted, roasted peanuts
1 cup raisins
1 cup banana chips
1 cup dried pineapple, coarsely
Method
Mix all ingredients and store in an air-tight container.
Peanut Banana Bread
Ingredients
Crunchy natural peanut butter
2 Ripe bananas
eggs
lemon extract
chocolate chips
baking flour
baking powder
Method
In a large bowl, cream together with Crunchy peanut butter and sugar to a mixer. Add eggs, lemon extract and bananas. Mix well. Sift together flours, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to banana mixture. Fold in the peanut butter and add chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 8 1/2-inch by 4 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done.
Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich

Multigrain bread slices (2 pieces)
Peanut Butter with Jelly
Method
Take two slices of bread. Spread a generous layer of Peanut Butter with Jelly on one slice. Cover it with the second slice of bread. Serve & enjoy!
